Wrapping up our series on working with other teams…
In this talk, Marek Dutkiewicz will share his experiences working in Product Management with Engineering teams located in Canada, USA, India, and China. He will highlight some of the cultural and political challenges and opportunities that are offered when working with highly distributed Engineering teams.
He will impart some wisdom to help the audience perfect their method of working with Engineering teams in the same building or twelve time zones away. A key question to ponder is how does an Engineer turn Product Manager best utilize their skills to produce great products and business outcomes
