Duncan Schouten

PRESIDENT
Duncan is an experienced builder who arrived at product management from a career spanning UX design, front-end development, and professional musicianship.
His recent efforts have focused on fostering strong product practices and nurturing the cultures underpinning them. As Head of Product at Fig, he’s working to create a future where dietary restrictions are no barrier to finding food you love.
Duncan is deeply committed to helping PMs advance their careers and has served as a volunteer mentor in several ProductBC mentorship cohorts. Outside of work, you’ll often find him in the mountains doing something probably at least a little unsafe.
Andrina Kelly

Andrina is currently the Director of Product Strategy for Data Platforms at Jamf – Jamf is a B2B SaaS for device management & security with a primary focus on Apple devices. She has had a varied career background with everything from IT administration, DevOps, Professional Services and User Experience. Andrina has been fortunate enough to work on some exciting projects over the years, but is always eager to learn more and collaborate with others in the industry. She has a deep passion for leadership and growth – her roles have involved fostering new teams, establishing career growth for team members and being an accomplice for under-represented individuals in tech. In her free time, Andrina is an avid road cyclist, loves to travel, try new restaurants and most recently has been studying and learning more about wine. She has lived in 3 countries, but keeps coming back to Canada.
Blake Fisher

With over 10 years of experience in the tech industry, Blake Fisher is a skilled product manager with a track record of driving growth and success for various software products. He excels in working with cross-functional teams to develop and launch products. Independently, he can conduct market research and customer insights analysis to inform product strategy. Blake has a strong understanding of user needs and behaviour and uses this knowledge to create innovative solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations. He is a natural problem-solver and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Blake is a Certified Agile Leader (CAL1®), Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®), and Pragmatic Marketing professional.
Mike Trujillo

Committee & Volunteer Officer
Mike is an adept Product Management specialist skilled in guiding teams and companies through transitions, boasting a successful record in complex project management. With a background spanning semiconductors to telecommunications and software, he is an early adopter of Agile and Product Management practices. Recognized for his excellent communication, Mike is a passionate product advocate and dynamic public speaker. His volunteer work focuses on mentoring and community-building, notably mentoring over 100 scouts towards Eagle Scout rank and contributing to ProductCamp Austin as a board member, speaker, and operational enhancer. Currently, Mike leads a cohort with Product Job Club, dedicated to helping individuals secure their first Product role and advance their careers. His journey showcases adaptability, leadership, and a commitment to fostering growth and success.
Aleks Pamir

Aleks is a former software developer who moved through several different roles and organizations building up varied product and management experiences over his career. He is currently with First Advantage as a Senior Director of Product, responsible for the Global Integrations Platform. He has built products and services for Canada, US and global audiences, working for organizations serving almost all countries in the world. His expertise has mostly been focused in Enterprise B2B and his industry and domain experience covers most major Business Verticals.
Aleks values the importance of community and communication and believes Product BC to be the best place for Product people in BC to improve their craft by supporting and learning from each other.

With over 15 years of deep operational expertise and early venture exposure, Andrea is a proven product leader with an extensive background in building and scaling in B2C businesses and 2-sided marketplaces. She brings a human centred and systems thinking approach to product strategy, and has a breadth of experience with cross functional teams and stakeholder management.
Andrea is a vocal advocate for diverse and inclusive teams in both professional and personal settings. She is the founder of Bridge Builders, a community collective that provided informational workshops and resources for tech professionals on navigating a predominantly white and male industry.
Since 2020, Andrea has been an engaged member of ProductBC, and she looks forward to growing the community and to provide greater value for ProductBC members.
